Yugoslavian's march to the ministry of foreign affairs demanding a mutual protection pact. Massive crowds were marching towards the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with several military officials carrying guns, claiming the Yugoslavian policy on the IPU was "not enough". People were chanting "mutual protection" and "All power to the union!". The ministry has announced it has offered the IPU a mutual defense pact to show are commitment to a positive relationship.
