South Korea would to ask if there can be a shared military base between are two countries instead in order to have some sort of peace and both nations can train with each other, it will however pull back its troops and station them on the border. After the German and Japanese occupation in WWII, unrest has been rising in the Dutch colonies, and after Indonesia declared independence, the Dutch government made plans for the decolonisation.
