OK as the title gives away this is going to be about Dinosaurs. So my question is do you think people have the right to bring back animals that have been extinct for approximately 65 million years? (I am not asking if it can be done, I'm asking should it be done if we ever can bring them back?)

My answer is NO!! As I quote the movie
Dr. Ian Malcolm: No. Hold on. This isn't some species that was obliterated by deforestation, or, or the building of a dam. Dinosaurs had their shot, and nature selected them for extinction.

I think it would be fascinating if we were able to do this but I can see of no reason to do so other than studying them, which I don't think is worth the investment since it probably costs millions per egg.

The reason why mammals could develope was because the dinosaurs all died out. If the dinosaurs never became extinct we probably didn't exist, but with our 21th century knowledge maybe when can somehow get those dinosaurs under control and prevent them from playing havoc amongst us and themselves.

Its completely pointless to bring these things back from extinction and the only reason I can imagine why is for research, but do we really need to know THAT much about dinosaurs? I say keep them dead and enjoy what we have.

We want to bring them back so we can examine them... Like test them and examine their behavior...

    What's gonna be his name?

    Bring them back.
Only for research though, not mass produce like Jurassic Park.

To all who want to bring back dinosaurs: Isn't 'Walking with Dinosaurs - The Arena Spectacular' good enough?

Unless of course you go to the arena with a bunch of cannibals, as well you might.

No. Dinosaurs in the world would be a Very Bad Thing. It would not be a Flintstones-style scenario by any stretch of the imagination; people would get eaten which is definitely not cool.
So I say ban the Brontosaurus, trash the Tyrannosaurus, omit the Ornithocheirus.
    NO TO DINOSAURS.

Not all dinosaurs are elephant-sized meat eating monsters, just sayin'. They're no match for a dude with a shotgun.

This is true. However, they are the ones that garner the most publicity. No one would really be interested if they only brought back the little, chicken-sized ones that go 'eep-eep.'
