    I'm having trouble with this I already conquered all of North America yet I still can't find the range to Amphibious Assault Hawaii, Which naval base do I need to use to reach Hawaii?

    It was a joke, there's no such thing in that game. (that I know of)

    And I don't know nothing of this game other than what I've seen Stalin do. So if someone with experience says upgrade your navy, than do it.

    There's also another naval doctrine that can increase the range of all your ships by quite a bit so make sure you have them researched as well. Of course, the problem might be that youre using old transports, which have a low range.
