I foresee this bill getting strangled by the The Judicial System. The judges, appointed by a Democrat i might add, will not let this bill go through, that is only if the president does not Veto the fuck out of it.

Anywho, every country has bills like this, you just don't really hear about them because of how stupid they are. In Israel, a member of the parliament was trying to make it legal to defecate on Palestinian laws. I guess that makes the entire Israeli parliament racist? No, it doesn't. If you really want good incite into why this bill won't pass, read the Federalist Papers. The are a bit heavy, but they explain why this bill is no threat to freedom whatsoever.
