Damn. I'm about 3/5 of the way through Clannad After Story, and jeez, even though it was completely predictable, it was sad as hell.

Well the ending changed my feelings about the show entirely. Any suggestions as to what I should watch next?

Out of those I've only seen Eureka 7 (a long time ago and via TV) and Angel Beats. I think the series with the best animation style that I've seen is either Angel Beats or TMOHS, as well, so they might have spoiled me on the whole production value side of things.

I saw Berserk. That's pretty old-school. Like early 90s or something. I was just being born around that time. And I don't really go for the whole mecha thing.

Seen the first two, seen part of the last one. Cowboy Bebop was the only one that I really enjoyed though.

Watch "Welcome to the NHK". Hard-hitting shit.

Alternatively, watch Kaiji and listen to the OST all day.

Saw Ghost in the Shell long ago, and I think it's pretty great. Hetalia, eh, it's very homoerotic. Not really my thing. Not sure about this Ouran High thing but I'll give it a look.
