    There is nothing discriminating by saying "I like asian facial structure, I'm attracted by it" and it's not discriminating to say "I don't like asian facial structure, I'm not attracted by it". It's really lik saying "I don't like girls/guys with brown hair".

    Personally I don't think asians look particularily good.

    In this case it would not be considered racism. But if you gave some sort of advantage to Asians in the workplace that it would be positive discrimination.
