Aha! I found where Stalin got his philosophical advice from - I was watching Have I Got News for You and it mentioned this Republican called something Cain who'd got caught up in some kind of scandal and stood down as potential presidential candidate. Anyway, said this quote, in response to some allegation or other and had apparently stolen it from a song in a Pokemon film (bet that was straight to DVD, or even video).
Personally I'd prefer if Stalin would not do skyrim, but that's his decision. Kerberos, please fix sword of the stars 2!
Please tell why? I mean, I think whenever Stalin does an RPG like this, it'll always be a great let's play. (Mass Effect, Fallout NV).
Because.... 1-Due to the length and depth of these free world/RPG games stalin tends to get a bit sidetracked from other lets plays. 2-I don't think like one of Stalin's strategy game lets played has wrapped up quite right, and they all seem to have the curse of cascading towards the end and getting too boring to watch without skipping, and i'd like to see one from the start or a nice finish of Tropico 4 or Kaiserreich . 3-Everyone and their dog has a Skyrim lp or stream now, and I think we have on top of Stalin's Skyrim mods of the week, adventures in stupidity, and wood elf in the wilderness. 4-I own Skyrim. 5-I don't like Kaijits, although they do have some nice wares....if you have coin.... 6-Happy 4:41 in the morning, hope you have a nice day!
Nothing in your list doesn't bother me one bit in this let's play. But, I'm not forcing you to watch it if you don't like it.
i dont see stalin finishing this. i am super excited for it but i mean, i have had oblivion for almost a year and still hvent finsished it. I can only imagine that skyrim will take much longer, due to all the new side stuff
I don't see how this lets play will be all that interesting. Skyrim is the biggest lets play band wagon since Portal 2 and I'm sure other people have seen quite a lot of others since Skyrim has been out for a while. Unless Stalin does something completely different (which is very unlikely) it will probably be very similar to most lets plays.
To be honest, it's more fun when I play it myself, watching Matt, Kali and Stalin do it, sometimes it just hurts my brain when they do certain things, like carry 3 steel daggers, wield 2, and use only 1 (Matt...). Sometimes it's funny as hell though, which is at least some of the reason why I watch it.
No, so much Skyrim is not wonderful, Stalin has not uploaded a new Kaiserreich LP in 18 days, Pheonix Wright in 7, or Tropico in 5 days now, and since everyone else is doing a Skyrim LP and I own the damn game and prefer to play it myself, I do not want to watch anyone else play it, let alone 3 people.
His Tropico 4 LP became boring after the 4th mission and the Kaiserreich LP became dull and pointless after he took down Mittleeuropa, I myself would call a quit on the Kaiserreich since he already won that and it's pointless to continue it, the Tropico 4 LP he's probably going to finish all the missions, but they're basically all the same, start from scratch, build up, get rich...profit. And personally, the Skyrim LP for me was unexpected, since he already said he doesn't do long and endless games like Skyrim, so I wasn't really expecting a LP of it, I was expecting some kind of review on it though, but he may be doing Skyrim because Fail of the Stars 2 is bugged and unfinished.
