Ok so here's what happened. The founders of Canada were all sitting around trying to think of a name for their new country. They decided to just throw out letters and hope something would come to them. The first one said, "C, eh" the second said, "N, eh" and the last one said, "D, eh." Well, Canada is a very diverse country, very friendly and has a high immigration rate. I'm guessing a lot of Hispanics are going to be enticed into coming here in the future. Edit: Toronto has many sub-divisions dedicated to different races, based on the number of the certain peoples living there. I'm not sure if there is a pretty large area for that specific country, but the ammount of people speaking Spanish and Portuguese is pretty large.
