    Indo China has been part of France going back to the 19th century. After are surrender to Nazi Germany in 1940 and the creation of Vichy France under that traitor Petain, Japan was givin control of Indo China. After the War your government was trying to restore Indo China to what it was before the war, but before control could to restored this Ho Chi Minh declared this so called Democratic Republic of Vietnam and started waging war with the French Republic.
