Something disturbing has come to my attention: People with shit PCs are going to play on consoles, because their PC can't handle shit. Morally I cannot allow this plague to continue, so post any and all good low spec PC games here, to help our comrades in need.
Not really, there are quite allot of them left. But yeah many of those games on the videos kicks ass. Red Alert, Cossacks European Wars, Mario forever, Star wars, Civ & Age of Empires just to mention few.
They are unappealing, nice try though. And you do not realize the severity of my shitty PC's performance
Quit bitching about people who play on consoles, its useless. Consoles got the home gaming industry started anyways so why insult it. There are games that are just meant for consoles and games that are just meant for PC.
Its not my business if you are subhuman, but for the love of god have some self respect. Don't want to embrace the light? Fine, but it is you, who is missing out.
It seems you need to give a little bit more respect to the consoles. Back then, computers were pretty shitty, based how much they could do before the internet. Consoles were the pinnacle of gaming back then and every major title war on a console (Mario, Zelda, Metroid). Around 13 years ago, PC games started to be good and many major games were on the PC. My opinion, consoles and PCs fill different game niches. PCs fill the RTS and Adventure niche, while consoles fill the platformer, shooters, and party niche. I like both.
I agree many of the game are great. I was a console gamer when I first started which was the Sega Dreamcast (which didn't last long at all), but after my 360 broke, I started to getting into PC gameing.
I feel like my XBox is the greatest XBox of them all because it never red ringed in the 5 years that I've owned it.
Mouse and keyboard have more precision than a console controller, as far as I know. Therefore, shooters would be more fitting for PC. Not to mention PS2 games (no idea if they fixed this for the PS3) were so freaking dark we had to darken the entire room and set the tv to fully bright to even see anything when I was playing PS2 games at my friends place. As for platformers, they're mostly played on either outdated consoles or handhelds, which fill their own niche anyway, and happen to have my favourite gaming series of all time, even though I've played most of the games of it on an emulator on my computer. As for the topic, I don't know if the videos cover them, but RollerCoaster Tycoon 1 and 2 both are amazing games.
I don't need to nor I will give any respect to consoles what so ever. It is rather funny to see a person rant PC, who has not ever even been a PC player nor are you correct. (LOL) Somebody forgot games like DOOM & Wolfenstein, so you are trying to bullshit me and if not read statement above. PCs fill: RTS, RPG, FPS, MMO, Adventure, Platformers, Casual, 4X, Builders & simulators (Might forgot some) Consoles fill: Platformers, FPS (& Party.) Conclusion and notes: - Consoles are shit - Platformers have been a strong genre on consoles, but it's not like PC is without them. - FPSs are always meant to be played on PCs. Not only did it take decades to port FPS on consoles, but even to this present day they cant provide same quality enetertaiment. - There is just as much party games on PC as it is on consoles. What stops you to hook up your PC to TV?
Lol, but anyway since we don't want this to explode into a yet another flame war, could we stick to a topic for a second, shall we?
