This is like at school. Someone finds the admin password and starts downloading porn and illegal stuff onto the computers.
Everyone's got to do there business, I suppose. Besides, it's a great way to blow off stress after all those stressful budget meetings.
It just goes to show, politicians are lying, cheating, thieving, underhand bastards regardless of where they're from.
