OCC: Well I'm sure that I'm not in contact with anyone beyond the ice and snow... Far in the Northern areas of Canada lays a group of bunkers. Everyday the 12th Division Canadian Brotherhood (An old American Division left over from the great war) patrols the area, trying to unlock the secrets of technology. They work day and night developing laser rifles and plasma cannons. They are left alone due to the 24 hour blizzards and are cut off from any news due to no communication towers... Today a new leader took over the old name Sir Raleph Spencer. He, against his elder's wishes, wants to go to the headquarters back in the Midwest.
