It makes more sense for him the be a fighter since he is a former general. Although it looks like this might not even matter anyway

Corrrct, tentions in Egypt are raising as the only reisitance Saudi Arabian troops are fighting are light militia and civilians throwing bricks and stones at them. The only real army they're fighting is the Lybian army which is hammering down on the Saudi Arabian troops, Morale is low and American and French armies cannot land on the beach without taking heavy loses. This is going to be a brutal war.

We need torpedoes so we can arm our destroyers with the best. And because destroyers are our only combat ready ship type. And yes we agree on the trade agreement
