You do not speak for the UN. You can talk about UN doctrine, but not speak for it. 2. You are BELGIUM, are you not? 3. The UN is an organization only as strong as the nations that support it. As it stands, no nation in this game has provided any troops for UN missions. Nations have provided soldiers to secure certain situations on UN request, but those soldiers still remain under the authority and answer only to their home country.

I am standing for the UN law, especially the law that says that no country can annex other countries. I (belgium) just recently sent troops for UN use. Surf is the UN in the game, but he is not as active as us, so I decided to act as the UN for a bit so that things don't go crazy. I've already stopped Mexico from annexing Guatemala, and I plan to do so until the game starts and Surf takes over. I don't represent Surf or his decisions, I'm just taking over his position in the pre-game so that the thread doesn't go to the shitter and everyone starts annexing and nuking everyone.
How many and to what capacity? Fair enough. That is called where I come from: COI. A noble purpose, but questionable means.
