I'm not sure that running on the basis of being "the next best thing" is a particularly good idea. If you can't count on your merits, rather than the incompetency of the competition, you probably don't have the best platform. Anyway, who are these joke candidates? Those who are absolute fools, and are completely incapable of possibly representing our diverse member base? Or the ones who, in their presumed frustration with the way the site is functioning, use humor as a medium to get their ideas heard? I think that, in your campaign to denounce those who propose a alternative to your much touted "well beaten path", you have be come the clown yourself.

If you have had the time to search for the people that are running for Tribune, you'll see that most of them just don't take this as seriously as they should and think that this is made for fun, and so say things inapropriate for a candidacy speech. I don't like mentioning names but one of them withdrew already, and no it isn't Ler.

I'm not going to name any names either, but, to be honest, did you really expect anything better from such a character?

If you recall, I am only running because I currently am the best candidate on the line up, second to Feybart. I have not once used the term "well beaten path" you are the one who keeps repeating it. I never said I will not attempt to change anything, only that I am not seeking any radical changes for better or worse.

As for the "joke" candidates, while most of them have dropped out, the remaining ones all seem to want to do absolutely nothing with the office. They would win the election, hold the title and drop it at the end of their term. They openly admit they plan to do nothing in office.

That's why I'm not looking into what the person will do, I'll consider first if they are taking this seriously and after I gathered the few people that do, I'll base the vote on what they're saying to the probability of them achieving it. Basically I'm not putting my expectations very high, but someone that can do their job.

And on Chives saying he's the second best, honestly I think the same way.

Yep, same for me, I'd say FeyBart and Chives would be the best two candidates right now, and I don't see that changing.

I will vote for you Chives unless a miracle happens and Ler appeals and wins against his warning.

Apparently I shouldn't vote because I'm not "serious" enough, you're lucky sly.

I'm glad to hear it sly, all support counts

That does include you. I believe you should most definitely vote. It's your right and your choice.

If you wish to vote, no one can and no one should try to stop you.

With Ler knocked out by the mod-ship's gerrymandering, Chives must carry his legacy. Chives must arise to become the new candidate of the People. I wish others who would've voted Ler to vote Chives in hopes that Chives will bring life to our dreams.

Yuri, Unholy, please do not fight over such trivial thing.

And Kara, I'm glad you're such an avid supporter of my campaign.
