I heard that Azerbaijan and Armenia are negotiating the land. Over the next 50 or so years, the borders will be much smoother as Armenia will get most of it's traditional land back. Mainly the large part of Azerbaijan that is not connected.

No it won't. The land is traditional armenian land. The turks are more defiant on the issue. Persia I mean Iran won't negotiate. Azerbaijan is not like its neighbor Iran because they are actually willing to negotiate.
