Hello. For the past year or so, I've been what some may call a silent watcher; for some reason, I keep getting the urge to visit this site often. I think it's because of the complimentary colours of red and grey; so much easier on the eyes than that of a white background. It's also fun to respond when people see that I've been on a site called "Josefvstalin" multiple times when viewing my history. Anyways, for anyone who is inquisitive: I live in Vancouver, currently in high school grade 11, and in the I.B program...for now. If anyone else on this site has experienced the horrors of I.B, it'd be an interesting topic for us to discuss. Oh, and I'm from Korea. South. (Is anyone else on this site a korean? Just curious.) Favourite genre of music: whatever sounds good but if I had to choose I'd choose jazz fusion. I also like to abuse punctuation in writing such as semicolons, so whenever my teacher asks me to write strictly one sentence explaining the purpose of an essay, it turns out to be a short paragraph that is still legitimately one sentence. Oops, I've wrote too much again. Oh well. Good to be here. TANK U VELLY MOCH

Thank you all for the warm welcome, and you're right, I do have an interest in debating. In fact, most recently I was at the VMUN 2012 as the delegate of Nauru. Needless to say, the indomitable spirit of Nauru within me was able to subdue all the other great powers without mercy: now this is what I would have liked to tell others. Instead, every other country shunned me because Nauru had no foreign policy regarding the topics that were being discussed in my committee. Every motion I presented came with the same response, "this motion clearly fails" by the dias. Maybe I just suck at this. Oh well. Thanks again for the welcome everyone, even the ones who didn't leave any replies; I've been there.

I.B is meh, Although it's allot harder than regular Norwegian school since they only get 2 years to learn what we use 3 years to learn. I think that was someone else. Oh, and if you don't mind me asking a quick question Stalin, I was wondering if the university you are going to has an anthropology department. I've been searching some of the universities in B.C, and it seems anthropology is a pretty rare subject to find; at least in B.C. Any answer would be appreciated! My university teaches some courses in anthropology, and offers a minor in anthropology and a combined major in sociology and anthropology.
