   *for up to a year and only if the bill isn't included in the party manifesto (Salisbury convention) etc. and was blocking the recent welfare reform bills a good decision? As far as I can work out it was a very important bill, not silly in any way...? Introduce something similar to the American Senate and get rid of the Lords who just get in the way!

   Apparently a whole lot has been done around expert predictions, il just put one book down here http://books.google.be/books?id=D4o0nkOmxMgC&dq=Expert Political Judgment&hl=nl&source=gbs_navlinks_s.
   
   Anyways, seeing that iirc Stalin is studying psychology and that alot of psychological analysis has been done on expert predictions I'd think we better need to be asking the question to Stalin.
