There definitely was a noticeable lag between the video and your voice.

The only out of sync sound video was part 8, but it wasen't that bad (the sound was a second before then the video)...

Most of the time it's fine, just some very minor delay. Part 8 had the worst with something like a second delay.

Of course the other explanation is that you are a psycich and you see things before they happen...
