Actually, I'm 100% Chinese. Due to the somewhat obscure origins the Hakka (my mom's Hakka), they're considered Chinese.

Yeah, you know, we thought desserts weren't badass enough, so we came up with this.

Hmmm... icy berries not so sure if that's very delicious.

I'd love to try it some time, if they serve it in a restaurant, I doubt it'll taste horrible.

Not that they would taste bad, but being icy they might not taste like anything at all + chewing iced berries: gives me the shivers.

Hmm, I did read something about it, and you're only supposed to hold it in the nitrogen for a few seconds, otherwise it'd be frozen solid. I assume the cream you see the people dip it in will prevent the fruit itself from completely icy.
