I'm not a Minister but here's some advice declare war on everyone and destroy them with your advanced alien technology and rule the world with an iron fist. But that's just my advice very reasonable if you ask me.

Your pretty safe with your Home army, But I recommend you focus on Colonial expansion, Maintain your alliance with Spain even if it means war with britain.

I must mention that in a turn or two when Louis XIV dies, Austria declares war on France in a war of succession.

I thought it was obvious to build a Home army for defense You dont really have a mode of Expansion in Europ Save for italy, so Like i said, Defense in europe, Offense in the Colonies.

Just to tell you he started and he's playing as France.

So i would advise you to completely ignore the far east suply lines and concentrate your european fleets in the street of gibraltar, that should keep our trade routs with the western clonies open. also build up marseille to the main fleet hq. We will sooner or later run into trubble with the english over our collonies in the new world, so our northern fleets will be in danger, unless we station them near where our allies will help you out ( street of gibraltar). for the first turns our home fleet should be big enough, so build up a small naval fleet for the west and grab the trade ports in south america, with some trade ships, make sure they are protected from pirates though. if you are going to engage in combat in america we should rather sooner then later start blocking the trade routs to england. depending on how much emphasis you lay into navy tech i would advise a quick invasion of england main land before they get to powerfull. also if possible make sure our diplomat keeps good relations with the spanish, we can't deal with the royal navy and the armada at the same time.
