Haha, it doesn't work that way. They get away with saying that because brain cells don't regenerate at a normal rate while under the influence, but it does not kill them, nor is it permanent, and the only real consequence is that, while high, it is harder to learn. You're fine in the long term. Some studies show that it might even make you smarter.
