There is thing called socialism. You should read up on it. The fact is, we have the natural resources, and manpower to end all poverty on earth. Unfortunately, our current economic system prevents us from doing it. It is very much possible though, and it's absurd that the world is clinging so tightly to this fragile, outdated, impractical and illogical economic system.

You do understand the sheer complexity of the undertaking you describe. To equally distribute the Earth's resources to 6,840,507,003 people. The mere geography of this is staggering even to comprehend.

Have you read up on any of them, or are you just going to repeat intelligent-sounding propaganda?

Not that social policy is bad, but the idea that it can solve everything is absurd.

In a word, Yes. Israel isn't just going to sit back and let Iran get WMDs. And even if they don't get our support, then Israel is more than willing to go it alone.

You do realise that The Colbert Report is satirical right? Even if they were developing a WMD (which they aren't as US military chiefs say), it does not give you the right to attack them. Threatening them is just going to make them more likely to start building one. There's already sanctions on them which reinforces a siege mentality. Keep threatening them with very real threats of attack and they'll do the precise opposite of what you want.

It seems Khamenei does not want to negotiate much but Ahmadinejad does. I wonder whats gonna happen if Ahmadinejad loses the elections.

Um, of course I do. Anyone should know that Colbert is satirical, that's why he's funny. And really? You don't think they're developing nukes? Then why is everyone on the planet worried about it? Then why are they cleaning up sites that U.N. Inspectors are going to? And plus, last I checked Iran is pledged to Israel being wiped off the map, so if I was Israel, I would not let them get WMDs, even if that meant attacking Iran. They already are building one, just look at the signs of it. Too many signs for there not to be them building one. If they're not trying to get WMD's, then why do they feel the need to move their entire Nuclear Program under a mountain?

Other than that Iran has spoken of a desire to see Israel wiped off the map, it being controlled by a radical group, and being unstable? And believe me, not every country has one. It's the U.S., Russia, Israel, India, Pakistan, U.K., France, China, and North Korea. Now, not that all these states in this list are trustworthy, but do you really think it's good for international security for Iran to have WMDs? I don't think so.
