ON the contrary this is EXACTLY the thread to bring this up, and it isn't even off topic here so I feel perfectly justified in stating it. Everyone has been making a point in opposition to this ridiculous thought-police rule and we've all ready been threatened with a thread lock?

There is a difference between saying you think somebody is an aspie, and downright using it as an insult (Like link/kali/toast do multiple times every day, and get away with it). Quite frankly, the thing that offends me the most about this is that people think that the term 'Autie/aspie' are insulting. . For that reason, I find this post, and this thread there to be quite offensive. (Morso than the people using the term 'Aspie' as an insult) - as you are making it out that being called an aspie is a bad thing, and in turn anybody with aspergers is inferior.

Edit: Tl;dr - I'm not offended by being called an aspie. I'm offended that other people think the term aspie is offensive/being called one is an insult. If that makes sense.

If you seriously think you're going to get away with it because you implied it strongly then used sarcasm afterwards you're wrong, and I'm not dropping it.

You shouldn't make rules and then knowingly break them, especially when those rules are based on personal beliefs that do not reflect on this forum that YOU ARE REPRESENTING.

I know right I'm sure usernames which imply agitating lamps for purposes of encouraging rebellion will be banned next, for the emotional safety of our glorious master.

You being offended only gives weight to their use of it as an insult.

I think that calling people "aspie" doesn't make them inferior. On the contrary, I think it makes them superior to me and I never use it to offend people. And you can't prove that I don't think that.

I find it quite offensive that the only reason that this rule is in place is because of your constant bitching solely about me, Link and Kali, as well as Matt. I think it's very clear that this rule is only aimed at us. And that seriously isn't nice, as the mods constantly lick your ass (especially Chelsea).

@ Toast - I think I've reported like, a few using the term aspie as an insult. Most of the time (As in both times), there were other insults in said posts too. Dunno who else is doing it, or if the mods came to this conclusion on their own.

I had no part in making this a rule. Hell, I don't think there is even a thread in the mods section. I didn't actually know about this until I opened up this thread, like 10-or-something minutes ago. Can another mod/shaw confirm this for me?

Really, what goes on in the mods corner is nothing like the conspiracies Kali pumps out. In a way, I'm kind of flattered that Kali thinks I have the ability to plot such a byzantine scheme to put me in power like this. But I don't. There is no conspiracy, and I had no part in planning this rule. Hell, I find the rule itself to be offensive. (At least in it's current form)

@Lamp - I just learned about it 15 minutes ago, and I've spent most of that time defending myself here, trying to refute the claim that I had anything to do with it.
