Being in the same organisation as France greatly disturbs me.

I quite like UKIP's idea with the EU. Completely wrapping up things with Europe and giving Scotland all the monies is very good. Plus I'm getting sick of mass immigration and I seriously want people to go away and live in Spain instead.

I hate Europe and I like the Scottish highlands, so it's pretty good for me.

This legislation greatly disturbs me, as it is not the draconian measure I hoped for. Agents of the state will have to justify themselves/obtain a court order before they get to see anything. That and I imagine the companies and service providers in question already keep such records, it's just so that when the police come knocking for paedophiles and terrorists (let's not worry about their guilt/innocence for now), they don't find that the profit-motivated companies used by suspects couldn't be bothered to keep anything that might have incriminated them.
And in my opinion, all you need to know about UKIP and their supporters is that they field candidates for MEPs (Member of European Parliament) in Spanish constituencies (presumably the ones with British expat 'communities'- ie a collection of chip shops). That and their logo reminds me of the 99p Store.

I'm also deeply disturbed by this legislation the government is trying to pass through too royalist consent, however though there is a large opposition against this, wasn't surprising to say at least. Big brother watch has already came out speaking out against this proposal, as I rightly agree with them, it's an attack on our civil liberties, not so the government might not be aware of this, but in the future governments will abuse this to their own liking.

Nick Clegg has been defending this legislation, saying that it isn't an attack on civil liberties, there's no real reason to be frightened about it. However it's quite disturbing as most people in the UK would agree with me on this, well actually besides the few on the BBC.

I'll keep an eye out on this in the upcoming few's days. No exact reason to panic now as the legislation will be revealed during the Queen's speech in a months time. But again, we'll see what happens.
