I'm not at all joking. Today was Marylands primary and I cast my vote for the true conservative with true American values. When it asked for the your vote on delegates you could vote six times. 3 for current and 3 for alternate I voted for Santorum but the leftover delegates I voted for Paul.

Ah yes, true conservative, one who wants to make men far superior to all others, and would turn back reforms that help minorities, women and so on. Actually, how can Santorum be a true conservative if he says thinking of JFK's speech about separation of church and state wants to make hime throw up, or the fact that there is a separation of church and state in general wants to make him throw up. Or the fact that he despises colleges, and yet has 3 college degrees?

Maybe he's just bitter about his last name? That would explain why he thinks of gay sex so much and also why he doesn't like homosexuals. He googled it once and was traumatized for life.

To be fair they invented that term after he was already an incredibly powerful politician.

Also part of conservatism was based on wanting to build up the fabric of society, so he's not actually as far off from "traditional" conservatism as you guys make him out to be.

    Again though, Why not Zoidberg?

They did the same with the nickname for Richard. I'm sure people with that name still suffer for it.

Yes, but he seems to want to build a theological nation where Christianity is the de facto national religion and anything in the bible is the law.

I am going to agree that there is no good candidate at all. Unlike the 2008 election, where both candidates were head to head and was very heated, this election is very bland.
-All the candidates (well republicans atleast) are staple cut outs of each other. When they debate there is more Ad hominem rather than actually comparing policies (since they all have similar values and goals).
-Obama, although a disappointment, is the lesser of two evils. I would rather have 4 years of stagnation than a President whose major priority is to make sure that you are not watching porn.

Ron Paul is not against watching porn.

About the primaries, I´m absolutely certain that Romney is going to win. And then the Republicans loose. HIHI.

Yeah, I kinda like Ron Paul, atleast he has a conscience and has differing policies unlike his opponents.

Santorum is by no means a powerful politician.
Pennsylvania voted him out because of how much they didn't like him.
That doesn't describe the traditional powerful politician.

And I concur, why not Zoidberg?

Regardless, he was voted out simply because the people he represented didn't like him.

A lot of people don't like Obama, but a lot of them will still vote for him in November impartially.

It takes a lot to sway general opinion against someone so far like that.
And that lot is nothing more than incompetence and generic idiocy.

As proof, I'll bet you that he doesn't win the primary in Penn. later this month.
    I'll bet you anything.

Obama will lose if only because the people who support him don't support him enough to actually get out and vote. When he first ran he had an incredible amount of enthusiasm towards getting him elected, that isn't the case now.
