Have you ever tried DC Universe Online? Even though it's F2P, it didn't feel too restrictive during the brief period I played it. And it even had some decent combat, and not the random number pressing you usually get.

I chose them for three reasons: their ridiculous DRM, their site hijacking the 'most frequent' webpages on my browser, and their diabolical PC conversion of From Dust, which was still a ripoff at a tenner.

Just want to inform people that WoW is not, nor will it ever be,(to my knowledge) a totally FtP game. There's a trial account with a lvl. 20 limit,(which is basically nothing, most people could reach that in a week) but after that you have to pay monthly subs, or create an entirely new account, which means that you have to start from scratch. Just to clear things up, I haven't played WoW since 2009, but I don't think anything has changed and they are loosing tons of subscriptions each month, and it's a long overdue decline IMHO.
Actually a MMORPG extremely innovative game called Guild Wars II is coming out soonish, and that will be without monthly subscription. I'm personally really looking forward to this game, and I'd recommend people to check out some vids on youtube.

But that "trial" is unlimited in terms of time you can spend on it, right? Also I've been keeping an eye for Guild wars 2 and despite it being better than average MMO I will continue to keep my eye on it. My second choice would be Tera, game play looks freaking cool as do graphics but the god damn subscription fee ;<

I dislike mmorpg's , mainly because i suck at them. I never really got into them and got bored quickly. I also never seemed to be able to make any money (well besides in Runescape were i was the shit). I also hate subscription fee's and the fagtards who populate the games.

My problem with MMOs is their game play (I would also mention graphics, but there are some pretty ones out there) Its just so boring. I would only see myself playing action MMO. The only MMO I've played for extended period of time was Dungeons and Dragons online that has actually pretty damn awesome combat and it is F2P but is quite restrictive after you reach level 12. Don't be fooled, that takes a long ass time considering level cap 20. I'd say it takes about a month unless you play it non stop.

    Yeah I guess.
I won't buy it at launch, mainly because I always seem to be disappointed by games I buy at launch, but if the reviews are as good for the full game as they are of the beta, and they stick to the no subscription, then I'm pretty sure I'll buy it. The combat system and the questing seems to be so innovative and creative, that it will not feel as frustrating as grinding for 10 boar flanks right after you have already killed 20 boars in another quest.(WoW)

Lol. Well there's closed beta going on and reviewers are doing videos on it so you can follow the game through them I guess.

Wow Toast, I don't get how your able to stay so fresh for so long. I guess only someone with true talent can post like you do.

On topic though, EA is probably the second most hated company in America. After Halliburton of course.

I just learned that EA beat out Bank of America. Which is ridiculous IMO, I mean ya EA is bad but at least they didn’t have a major part in destroying the world economy and ruin millions of people’s lively hoods.

About MMOs, what about EVE? I played the trial very long time ago, and it looked pretty cool; of course, there are all types of fees, BUT, if I recall correctly, I think you could buy some "tickets" with game money for this subscription. Obviously you would need like a shit ton of credits.

PS: Mr. Cage is the nephew of Coppola.

The internet cares far more about someone who cheats them out of 10 dollars of rigged DLC and gives them a shitty ending then a world financial crisis. We're a bunch of assholes really.
