It's still not conclusive either way. It's a bunch of people pretending to know the answers. Like Scientists debating dark matter.

Disregarding an order from the police and following a young man with a gun who later ends up dead is NOT up for debate. Whether or not trayvon assaulted him we Zimmerman bears responsibility for his death.

Oh sure, you can draw bare outlines. But there's a big difference between manslaughter and first degree murder.

Umm, they both involve a person dying.

That would actually qualify as 1st degree murder (unjustified pre-meditated murder).

Something to note (not directed at you Stalin) is that being charged with something doesn't render you guilty. We know very little about the case and even for 2nd degree murder the state has to prove to a panel of jurors that he committed a crime. This most likely is going to be very difficult given the lack of actual hard evidence in the case. Remember, if even one of the juror has a single doubt that "maybe this isn't the way it happened" he can't be convicted.

The guy should have been arrested right away. He killed someone, he didn't dispute that he did. He may not be guilty, which is why everyone has their day in court.

True, but in the grey matter of the law, there are 'justifyable' and 'unjustifyable' murders.
And Pedro, sue me for not remembering the correct terms.

But I don't see how the murder of Martin is justified, and how Zimmerman got the conclusion that Martin was a threat.
