How? My case was that I'm older than him. My profile says correctly I am 15. His profile says correctly he is 13. I didn't just help my case, I proved it. There is a HUGE difference between the maturity levels and education/common sense levels between a 13 and 15 year old.

My two cents on this:

You can state what you want, the US is a "free" country, but you and only yourself will have to deal with the consequences, as long as they don't endanger your life. The decision to suspend him is a consequence of his actions, I think its a little extreme, but I respect the Marlins decision.

You have to dish it out, and then have the balls to take it also.

I still think they could have done something less extreme than suspending the guy for a joke.

Do you know how many times I have argued for that exact statement? Believe me, I understand. However, the average 13 year old is less intelligent than the average 15 year old. However, discussing what we discuss on these forums makes us all above average. Because no average 13 or 15 year old would come on these forums, otherwise they would be as crowded as facebook. Thank god we don't have average teenagers on these forums, listening to them argue about politics makes you want to shoot yourself.
