I never said men are superior. I'm just saying there are differences between the sexes and those differences are becoming blurred.

I think that's what he meant. Men who are traditionaly the "tough" ones are becoming more feminine now. I think this was started by the idea that men should be more like women i.e. emotional, sensitive, etc. Also how would one rate one's toughness?

Many women are becoming less feminine as well. Have you ever gone to a bar only to have Gina Bush try and pick a fight with you because you were talking to "their woman"? I have.

Can't say I have. I have however noticed that many women act aggressive towards others. Personally I think many hide behind the abstract social law that you shouldn't hit a woman. I'm sure there are many who can take a punch, but I'm skeptical about how many aren't just trying to look bigger than they are.

The amount of pain you can take whether psychological or physical is how toughness is rated, at least thats what I consider toughness.

Is that by yourself? Or would it still count if you use emotional outlets such as friends, lover, drugs or alchohol. I think someone should learn to stand on their own two feet instead of depending on others for strength.

Agreed, if they use drugs or sex to cope with their problems, they are not really dealing with them.

Say the same if they're leaning on their friends. They aren't dealing with their problem just trying to make things more comfortable for themselves. That's why I never understood why you need to talk about yor problems. If you talk about them they're still there and nothing gets done. Solve your problem then you could talk about it unless it turns out not to be that big of a deal

For some people, talking about their problems is a way of letting everything out. Some people just need someone to speak to so they can let all their frustration out without having it boil over.

He was talking about how some people just like to complain about their problems, instead of actually taking actions towards fixing them. For example some kids in my school love to tell you what calsses they are failing and how much it sucks, instead of actually trying to get better grades.

OP is true. I hate this constant PC in schools,in my life, people moralizing and etc. Also its easy for me to get in arguments on how we should act. My usual answer is "Fuck it" and they are like "YOU HAVE TO PICK A SIDE IN THIS CAMPAIGN!"

I agree that the PCness is starting to rise into ludicrous levels, but the Racist/Anti-Semitic side is on the rise in places like europe with Far Right Radicals which could be really bad in the ways of Civil Rights.
