    Well that's the reason he said he was back and since Ler did indeed win there is no reason for him to still be here because of him. However it just seems he's like those who claim they're going to leave and then just keep coming back.

    Lets just blame this problem on the failing democatic goverment there. The people there revolt. Then the CSA comes in and unities all of america under one socialist banner. Then everyone can now have ice cream or food. :)

    Thats why ice cream should be reconized by UN as the best food ever because it can be a drink, food, and can even be dried for the go (dont ask me how but it exists for people in space). Ice cream can end poverty in the CSA. Oh yea the CSA dosent exist.... yet.
