    Man.
China must be pissed right now.

And, yes, it looks to have failed. At least they admit it.
Japan is probably still sweating, no matter how cool they seem about it. Just because it couldn't make it into orbit doesn't mean that it can't make it to Tokyo.

Also: LOL. The national day celebrating the birth of the founder of N. Korea is the same day that Americans are supposed to turn in their tax returns.

Poor South Koreans were quaking in their boots during the launch.

    Nah.
The truth is that they are smart and know that the North cannot attack without China's support and they do way too much buisness with China for China to allow the North to attack.
They were, in fact, running helter-skelter looking for their binoculars and them bunk things that Americans use on beaches to put on their roofs to sit back and wait for the fireworks.
    And the North Koreans delivered.

Maybe we get lucky next time around and the North Koreans send it the wrong way. That would be a show worth seeing.

The US has cut off food aid to the North Koreans. Not like it was reaching the people anyways.

Oh i can't wait until they launch a ballistic missile, as it will fail miserably and hit one of their own cities.

Well, its not a surprise their rockets are failing, considering they are an underdeveloped nation which has to build completely with its own limited resources.

Um... remember that they can still hit Japan. And Taiwan.
Reaching orbit is different than reaching the islands la bas.

They have been able to do that for awhile. Though the fact that even under the sanctions the NK can get a rocket off the ground is quite remarkable.

Furthermore, I'm pretty sure the North Korans won't think twice about launching rockets.

I don't think North Korea has a grudge with Taiwan.

China does. And North Korea is an ally of China. Therefore North Korea has an official grudge against Taiwan.
Of course they would. But China doesn't control North Korea's nukes. Or do they.....
And South Korea. And Vladivostok in Russia. And Mongolia (probably). And China (although that doesn't really matter). And Okinawa. Imagine the political fallout of North Korea nuking Okinawa (a major American base). Not saying it would happen, but still.
    True.

And I thought this new leader might be (somewhat) different. You should have taken the food, man.
