    Oh god not again. Could you just for once try to actually face reality and come to the conclusion that the world is not the simple(though mind-boggling) place that you think it is? If a person hires someone who consents to work in their shop for a wage, it is not theft. If a person steals my wallet, it is theft. It's actually pretty simple.

    Its about as consensual as prostitution or saving someone from sudden death on the condition they give you a ton of money.

    Except it isn't. Many states provide a variety of benefits for unemployed, which means that they can find a job they like as long as they keep on looking.(at least in Denmark) Also most people actually like(or at least somewhat like) their job, and I infact don't know anybody that felt forced to take a certain long term job.

    Its not 100% and forever. Hell, many people cant even survive on a full time job. Inorder to make enough to pay rent in NY on min. wage you would need to work over 150 hours a week. Also you can enjoy being exploited, I enjoy being a "pet" to one of my sexual partners, except that its consensual.

    Cops are people too and they should be treated as one! Stop this nonsense of righteous and wrongness, this has nothing to do with behavior of police officers whatsoever.
    Back to topic then: The opinions of the people on police, changes their behavior. See how police in USA try to take out cameras etc? Thats the policy of the POLICE COMMAND (or what you might call it), not of a single person trying to hide his "abuse of power". They are dictated by the higher-ups on how to proceed in certain incidents.

    personally i havent met any asshole cops.
    i work with 3 retired cops, they are all really nice guys.
    but they are old school cops who started in the 70s when they werent so anal about details.
    but i guess cops leave their assholery at work.

    The "cops" here are pricks too.They try and find a reason to arrest you especially the unmarked 1s they followed my car 1 day the guards knew everywhere I went who I met and when they raid the house they destroy the place they break everything it happened to me and you even get compensation.
