Simple and plain, just get the bloody kid out of the school and simply erase this memory from his life. Since also it should be affordable for the father to move the child to another private educational school, luckily he has the privilege to go to one, not I, nor many people since we all went to public schooling.

They had the father on New Jersey 101.5 yesterday. He told his whole story and everything for about 45 minutes. The bullying by the teachers is disgusting.

This is what the father said he wanted when I was listening to him on the radio: A public apology by the teachers. And the teachers to be removed from teaching in the district to prevent them from doing it again. He said he is not looking for money and does not want a lawsuit.

This is disgusting and should never be allowed to happen. And the point of signing the petition isn't to show the guy people care, its meant to be signed for Congress to try and pass a law that teachers who are proved to have bullied children are immediately fired.

Well, considering this "emotional internet mob" is made up of 120,000 voters already, yes I think it will make Congress do something. When the people want something, they usually get it if there are enough of them, that's the way democracy works.

America is technically a representative democracy where you vote for those who match with your ideals. What you're talking about is a direct democracy where people take a direct vote on something such as laws to be passed.
