    Well i dont see your countries having a imbalance in your military forces. I can see a possible scenario of Russia invading Finland. I came to this conclusion since Russia is doubling its military border troops on the western borders.

    Well, if Russia would be to conquer and occupy Finland, there probably be lots of insurgent movements and anti-occupy groups. Nobody wouldnt be happy and the Russians would have a bad time.
