haha, yes happiness is key to equality, although I think some countries in the World still live like its still the Cold War. EDIT: sorry but my reply to your first comment somehow found its way into the quote.
no problem and berlusconi did avoid jail because as prime minister he made laws to help him and people like him with trials and thanks to those laws his ass is safe.
and he probably payed the other politicians off with money and women to make it pass, he is the best example of a corrupt politician. They have laws in New Zealand that makes it hard for the Prime Minister to pass a law if it will do anything to change the role of that particular position. Sadly I think it might be a bit too late for Italy to adopt laws like that.
yea our only hope to avoid mobsters as ministers and their completely uncostitutional laws is to end the "second republic"* start a revolution and kick out of parlament those good for nothing politicians. * we built a republic (after sending the italian king in exile for helping the fascist) on the ruins of ww 2 and after many years the republic became so corrupted that following a judicial investigation(mani pulite http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mani_pulite) most of its politicians were place under arrest so the first republic ended and a "new" political class took power starting the second republic "everything was changed so the corruption could stay the same" .
thanks for that link, I like to read on these sorts of things, I think the only way Italian politics can be cleaned up is when Berlusconi passes away (but due to his many plastic surgeries that may be years to come), I wonder how many Italians wish they had monarchy back, I am pretty sure not many due to the fact it may have to many links to WWII and fascism. Even though I am a left wing person I am pretty interested in monarchies.
ehehe damn i miss the monarhy even if im a socialist because to the politicians the king was like a teacher for his students, without him they put themselves above the law and their citizens shisno you live near us we re not that bad admit it .
Haha, Shisno you should become a comedian, also I do apologize about that I am quite bad with technology!
The titular King of Italy (as he is known), went to court because of some corruption charges but I think some nations run better with figurehead Head of States than others, a good example is Britain, their monarchy is the oldest in the World and the Queen is widely respected. Actually the Queen of Britain is also the Queen of New Zealand, which can be confusing to many non-New Zealanders.
i agree and i still hope that in the future the 5 stars movement will free my country from this corruption madness.
