So, Putin and Medvedev walk into a restaurant, the waiter comes and asks what Putin would like to eat. Putin asked for steak. The waiter then asked "And what of the vegetables?", to which Putin replied with "Oh, he'll have what I'm having."

So, Stalin's ghost appears in a dream of Putin's, and Putin seizes the opportunity to ask for help running Russia. Stalin tells him, "Round up and shoot all of the Democrats, and then paint the inside of the Kremlin blue."
Putin then asks, "Why blue?"
Stalin replies with, "Ha, I knew you wouldn't ask about the first part!"

I think we did those jokes before, not sure. It's still funny, though.
