    I like the idea and I mean it, I do. It seems fun and I feel that people can enjoy it to some extent. Of course, since this is just a draft, it would be best to revise down the number of House and Senate seats mainly because there aren't many fully active members on the forums, and those who are probably wouldn't join (cough, Chives, cough). It seems like a good system and a fine replacement for the tribunes, and I do like the fact that the forum can (kinda, sort of) have a voice among its incoherent members. Another thing that you could add in my opinion is impeachment, in which JosefVStalin or a mod or a Senate or House member can put someone forward for impeachment for misconduct of some sort. Just a thought though. Could use revising, but as stated it is a draft. I hope that there will be some kind of Senate/House implementation.

    My opinion on it would be that the members of the Senate elect their President who will represent them and lead them and etc. Just my opinion though. Could be likewise for the House, or possibly a joint president of the House and Senate. Just a thought. Like Tran said, it is simply a draft.

    It doesn't really have to do with the merit of the idea, but rather the direction in which it is aimed. I think Stalin made it quite expressly clear that his members have no say in site policy and that he doesn't want them to. In fact, we're prohibited from even discussing these sorts of things. Obviously some of us are less pleased than others about that, but I don't see a possibility for real change.
