Not to mention I've never seen "teamwork" in battlefield that didn't involve my irl friends and I in a party together. Bf3 is just as single minded as cod, you'll just have a few more people running around as medics trying to rack up points healing people. @Link, You know the nuke in mw3 doesn't end the game right? If you don't like killstreaks (like me) play a barebones game type, or play drop zone. I almost exclusively play drop zone because it keeps all the fast past action of cod without giving players a platform to be dicks about how they play the game

Ok you listed games that have not been patched therefore CoD not patching its game is ok since others don't. Otherwise I really have no fucking clue what you thought to achieve by posting games that don't get patched. I do like them, they make raping shit ez. The different COD series aren't bad, the problem lies in that the game tries to make you take it serious with ridicolous plots about you; against russian forces/middle eastern terrorists, attacking America/Europe, them some how being able to amass enough manpower to take down the whole damn nation, you dying several times in the spirit of up to three-four different characteres, and still somehow being able to save the day, yelling out the " 'Merica! fuck yeh!" theme, thats how i've understood the stories any way. It would be great; if it wasn't trying to stand out as a serious game with a serious story made for serious people.
I think we can are agree that the singleplayer was pretty bad, but lets not forget that most FPS have bad campaigns but the modern warfare series... jesus christ. Jesus fucking christ esac. Alright this has dissolved into a meaningless conversation now. Lets just move on to other aspects of COD. Fanbase- alot of children play COD, shit I met a 7 year old on PSN once. The only reason they play is that its popular and little kids have no clue about anything, and gaming certainly is NOT an acception. I am sure if battlefield was more famous, and Cod will be dead in 2 years, then all the little kids will have matured or gone to battlefield
Lighthouse, while all of those games may not have been patched at release, none of their problems were gamebreaking at release (with the exception of New Vegas on the Xbox), and all of those issues were subsequently addressed. CoD games are unbalanced, and the developers make no effort to balance them. Perhaps they think an unbalanced game is better, or maybe they don't want to devote the resources to it - doesn't really matter either way. Point is: the flaws that plague the Call of Duty series have not and likely will not be rectified, in either new releases or in patches. I think that is fair enough reason to declare the series bad (not that there aren't a plethora of other reasons).
I was actually pretty mature, I wanted COD4 SO BAD when I was younger but I told myself that I should wait until I was older.

CoD is a shitty game that the dev's don't care about and producing a list of games that supposedly were not patched (even though they were) either had literally no fucking purpose or was to show dev's don't patch their games all the time.
