Chelsea have done it, beating Bayern 4--3 on penalties. Props to Chelsea from a Liverpool fan.

That was a good game, I was pretty devastated when bayern scored that late goal Drogba deserved man of the match.

I didn't care too much about who'd win, I was already happy those cunts from Barcelona were defeated, can't stand the fuckers.

Anyway, not the best match ever, although kudos to Chelsea for staying on top of that defence for two hours. People are too quick to judge play like that, but when you think about it it's much harder than attacking all the time. Not sure who thought it was a good idea to have so many lefties take penalties, as once again it's been proven that for some random reason they absolutely can't take penalties. And once again, Robben fucks up a major game when he has the chance to really shine. I seriously don't get why people think he's so good...

Also, from now on all referees should be Portuguese.

First London club to win it, suck on that Spurs and Arsenal. As for the game itself, I thought David Luiz should have got man of the match.
And it was quite amusing to see that cocky arsehole Schweinsteiger fail so miserably.

It was quite obvious he was going to miss, looking at how he walked up to the ball. Seriously, anyone that does ridiculous shit like that is going to miss horribly, especially against an excellent keeper like Cech. Did anyone else notice he went to the right corner every single penalty?

Bayern is the new Leverkusen. If you can't remember: in 2002 Leverkusen finished 2nd in the Bundesliga, 2nd in the German Cup and 2nd in the Champions League. Plus, some of their german internationals (like Ballack, Nowotny or Ramelow) finished 2nd at the World Cup that year as well, so I have a serious feeling that Germany will finish 2nd in this years European Cup xD

Hmm, I don't think I've watched too much of that, I started with That Mitchell and Webb Look, and then watched some episodes of That Mitchell and Webb situation...I think I'm watching them in the wrong order.

The entire series is on hulu for free so I'd def check out a few episodes. It's a bit off color (colour) for my american sensibilities, but that's what I like about it. Can't really beat the awkwardness of British humor

I think all those shows are on YouTube in bits and pieces as well, or at least that's where I found it. I also don't know if I can get to hulu, or if I need a proxy to get to it, like I'd need for the BBC player.

Not sure, I've heard mixed things from foreigners, but it's sponsored by one of the major American networks so it's a legitimate site. They have a pay service that runs kind of like Netflix, but you can watch a lot with the free version

Oh, I'm not doubting their legitimacy. I've watched quite a few short clips from hulu, but then again, so have I from the BBC, who tend to block out everyone outside of the UK, so I was wondering if hulu had something similar. I'll check that out if I can't find the series on YouTube, though.

What's the difference between Bayern and a book?
    A book has a title.

I hear Cech admitted he knew which way Robben would shoot as they spent so much time practicing penalties together when Robben was still with Chelsea.

That, and the fact that Robben is the most predictable player in the world.
Oh, in the post you quoted I was talking about Schweinsteiger, though.

Meh, I think Bayern handed Chelsea the game. They had so many chances to put the game away, it was ridiculous.
