I hope he found it very funny indeed, as well as others, because he might pay a high price for it.

I think since he said he was failing or something in school, you should just ban him for his summer vacations ( 3 months)

Bans aren't supposed to be convenient for the banned user. We aren't going to plan it around him.

It was beautiful where I live.

Summers in California are like mansoons, humid and hot, I blame the smog, but it was a clear day and perfect to go to the beach. But its expensive as hell.

Very dramatic. Out of curiosity, how many points did/does Shaw have? What he did was only worth 2 points, right? Was he banned before?

I think its more about the severity of his crime rather than the strikes.

Regardless of the point system, I am pretty sure that there is a point of principal here.

The Shaw purposely put the photos with full knowledge that it was in violation of the rules.
Henceforth, the crime is considered much greater.

It's like manslaughter as opposed to 1st degree murder.
Both resulted in a death, but only one was intentional.
