And how is that? You rarely use your foot, and that thing that's thrown around isn't a sphere, therefore not a ball. It's quite simple, really.

That "thing" that's thrown is a football. You have to live in the US to truly have the football experience that me and millions others do.

As I said, balls are generally spheres. The puck got its own name, as it's not a ball. Why is a football a ball when it isn't a sphere, although I'd have to admit I can't think of a catchy name for it right now...

And I've had enough football experiences, but then as in soccerfootballthingamajig. Been to Man. Utd once, which was pretty awesome. Been to several games of Feyenoord, and even a game from both Sparta and Excelsior. Still, if I ever were to go to the US for a sports match, it'd definitely be an NBA game. I mean, I think it's the only real American sport I fully understand the rules of.

What i meant is that you have to live in the US to experience the thrill of football as Americans know it.

True, it's probably the way of thinking. While I can understand the appeal of scarcely dressed girls jumping around, I don't get why they should do so before a sports match.

This is an easy topic. American football is only big in the us, and the real football is the biggest sport in the world, there is no debate because am football can't win

In football "soccer" you use your foot, and a ball makes sense huh? In "football" you use an egg and your hands. Makes perfect sense.

Necroposting here is defined as posting in a thread which hasn't had any discussion for a month or longer.

The last reply before yours was February the Fifth.

Nice try, but nope, perhaps you should check out the Rules.

Ironically, this is exactly what you did

This thread has served it's purpose.
Edit: Also, this is the fourth page, maybe you should've read the next three pages before you replied.

@Chelsea366, Could you lock this please?
