I don't see how it's flawed. Soldiers are paid to murder, so it's safe to generalize that all soldiers are murderers.

Logic dictates that you don't call trained, disciplined men and woman trained in the use of guns, tanks, helicopters, jets, hand-to-hand combat, that are heavily armed with guns, knives, grenades, rocket launchers, vehicular death machines murderers. Unless you are suicidal.

Fascism is dead. It was an ideology specifically designed to appeal to the citizens of war torn European nations that had either not yet been entirely assimilated into industrial civilization or accepted it's only compatible form of governance.
