States with High Taxes vs. States with Low Taxes

How exactly does it raise taxes for them. You are imposing one solid tax. The tax can be a low one, set for everyone. If I impose a solid tax, a tax that everyone has to pay what is unfair? It is the same amount of pay for everyone. Now yes it would be unfair if that was a high tax that the rich could afford, but the poor couldn't. That is why you make to tax low.

Also for the record Perry always has to face a Republican Candidate in the Primaries. He has to the chance to be unseated by one every time.

The rich should not pay the same tax rate as everyone else they have far more income which means they should be taxed more it is only fair. They have the money they should be taxed more.
