http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-18280000 Moral of the story? Don't play call of duty. Unless you're a douchebag.
I don't think we need to be presented with an article to know that the majority of the people on there aren't going to be all kind and sweet. The article acts as if this is a startling new development, which is quite ridiculous. What makes it worse is that the person in the article is responding back, which isn't really what you would do in that situation. If all of us were to remain in anonymity whilst playing these shitty games like Call of Duty, this wouldn't be a problem. Sure, the language wouldn't be any different, but it won't cause shit and it will be a more tolerable environment. Also, who the hell uses their bloody headsets in Call of Duty anyway? It's absolutely unnecessary.
That's why I put this in the off topic section. This article is jooookes not politically charged LOL. I think my personal favourite bit is when it's like "makes an uncomfortable atmosphere for women". I don't even know where to begin with that one.
I could see how this could be a problem, but since there is more women playing video games it probably won't be like that for long.
I think the actual moral of this story is that she needs to stop writing articles on the internet and get back to the kitchen.
If someone still plays the dead overcapitalized bad genre of cod raises a hand, because we wouldn't want any of you to feel exposed. You may ask: ''Onyxja what does cod have to do with sexual harassment'' Well, let me construct an easy formula. Sexual harassment = Retarded = Cod
My elder sisters are gamers, very good ones, in fact my sister is Gold in starcraft2, my sister plays Battlefield 3 when im not playing it, and Cod, there way better then me, but I am way better at RTS, and shooters, there still very good.
