    If a person cant be given treatment where they can function in society once more, then the person belongs in a group home, psych ward, etc. Not a prison.

    He might have been a porn star, but I doubt he was that good. I doubt his victim was that much of a maschist either. Which begs the question, do we know much about this killing? I have no idea if the victim was a a friend, a lover or just some unfortunate guy in the street.
    Those places can be worse than prisons from what i've seen. And if they're not, well you'd better hope it's not in your neighbourhood.

    @AK The fact are mental health system needs serious reform is besides the point. The point is that we shouldn't punish people, we should treat them. They should also have adequate security.
