    Built by United States robotics facilities, the HQ of Arizona manufactures had an Artificial Intelligence program to be developed and built into the complex. The results were slow and never took off by the time the bombs dropped. The computer which stored all the information was never shut off however and it slowly analyzed the information it had. 10 years after the first bomb dropped, the computer finally understood the phrase it was given by its programming team.
