    The Shaw explicitly stated that the cause of his actions was that he wanted to be banned for a month so that he could catch up on studies that he neglected due to excessive amounts of time spent on the forums.

    For this reason, the administration, particularly Chelsea366, viewed The Shaw's actions to be far more serious than if a person committed the same actions not knowing that they were prohibited by forum edict.
    The Shaw was banned and there were many suggestions by the moderators that a perma-ban was under discussion, regardless of the point system, owing The Shaw's clear knowleadge that his actions were in violation of forum policies.

    Whether the permanent ban was enacted is beyond what I know at this time.

    However, I believe that I can assure you that if a perma-ban was put in place, barring some utter change of policy, Stalin will not be allowing The Shaw back any time soon.

    This is fucking stupid and it is spam. No thread will ever change the ban sentence given to any member, no matter how many are involved or how many threads pop up. The only way any of that will ever change is if Stalin personally changes his mind. Tip, the way to make him change his mind on it isn't to spam the forums. Shaw's ban is almost up anyways, it was one month, which makes this even more ridiculous. Locking for the reasons previously stated.
