Who told you he was banned for insulting people? This isn't exactly true. EDIT: Well, I guess it's mostly true, but it's deeper than just that.
The direct reason of him being banned wasn't just the insults. By the way, if people think that "everyone insults others", you should just report them.
The direct reason for his ban was "insults and harassment" (read: being a grammar nazi to Imperial). He wasn't even reported and Stalin banned him out spite because he's a giant douchefaggot. Mystery solved.
For harassing people. I won't call any names, though. I don't know why you just assume that he wasn't reported, because he was. And the fact that you know that it's Imperial does kinda say that it was true. Apart from that; if it was just for correcting someone's grammar, we wouldn't possibly agree on banning a member like that.
Imperial didn't know why he was banned either so I assumed that he hadn't been reported. Plus, Stalin obviously took Kali's supposed transgressions personally and acted on his fervent homosexual hatred, hatred for freedom and America of course. Exhibit A: Exhibit B: The absolute lack of insults directed at him or even contact between him and Kali.
To be politically correct: At the time of his banning, I didn't know the exact cause of said banning. I didn't know the official reason that he was banned until Stalin confirmed it.
